Own a portfolio of 4–6 DTC and lifestyle accounts. Manage $200K–$1M monthly spend. Drive blended ROAS targets across Meta and TikTok with a strong creative-iteration cadence.
Own the creative roadmap for 3–5 brands. Brief external editors, write copy variants, and analyze creative performance to inform the next round of testing. Heavy emphasis on short-form video.
Review client onboarding, audit consent capture flows, monitor partner traffic, and stay ahead of state-by-state privacy regulation. Reports to the Director of Compliance.
Build server-side tracking, post-iOS14 attribution models, and reporting dashboards. Comfortable with GTM server-side, Meta CAPI, GA4 BigQuery export, and SQL-heavy work.
Be the strategic lead on 4–6 B2B SaaS accounts. Drive quarterly planning, weekly performance reviews, and growth roadmaps. The face of the agency to your clients.
